The Holland Codes (RAISEC)
This test is used to support the CiftonStrenghts in assessing your career and vocational choices. Initially developed by American psychologist John L. Holland, the RAISEC test contains questions about your aspirations, activities, skills, and interests in different jobs. The results of both tests will help you discover careers and fields of study that are likely to satisfy you.
