How do I place an order ?
- Add any product to your cart. When you are done shopping, proceed to checkout.
- Sign in to your account, or create an account if you don’t have one.
- After you complete the checkout process, you will receive instructions on how to take the assessment and manage your results, reports and resources on your Gallup Access account. You will also receive instructions on how to share your reports with your coach.
How long will it take to receive the access code(s) to complete the assessment?
We shall email your access code(s) and instructions for redeeming your access code(s) within two business days after purchase.
Can I take the CliftonStrengths assessment in any languages other than English?
Yes. The Strengths assessment is available in more than 25 languages. When you start the assessment, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred language.
How long does it take to complete the CliftonStrengths assessment?
The Strengths assessment takes approximately 45 minutes to complete on average.
Is the Strengths assessment timed?
Yes. The Strengths assessment asks you to choose between two paired statements. There are 177 total statement pairs. For each statement pair, you have 20 seconds to respond. This time limit and your unfamiliarity with the statements ensure the assessment’s accuracy by reducing the likelihood that you will overthink your responses.
If you have a reading disability, you can get in touch with us so that we can make the necessary arrangements to have the assessment timer disabled.
Can I take the RAISEC test in any language than English?
No, for the time being we only offer the RAISEC test in English.
What do I do once I have completed the RAISEC test?
Once you have completed the test, please send me an email with the scores of each category (Realistic, Artistic, Investigative, Social, Enterprising and Conventional).
Will you be keeping my credit card details?
Neither we nor the payment gateway we utilise will be keeping your credit card details.
What is 3D Secure?
This is an additional step, which is part of the online payment process and acts as an extra fraud protection.
This step will require you to complete an additional verification with your card issuer when paying.
Typically, you will be presented with an authentication page from your bank’s website. To proceed onto successful payment, you will need to enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone.
Do you accept bank transfers?
Yes, we do. During the checkout process, select the bank transfer option and proceed according to the instructions. Once the payment is received onto our bank account, you will receive instructions on how to take the assessment and manage your results, reports and resources on your Gallup Access account. You will also receive instructions on how to share your reports with your coach.
Please note that all bank charges should be borne by you. We should therefore receive the exact amount of the product purchased.
